Hello to you! Most of you reading this are possibly unaware of who the hell I am! Or what I do for a living! I'm not normally one who likes to talk about me, I'm really more of a listener, but that would make for a pretty empty blog, besides, I always like to know about the person behind the blog so here is one big one about me and the boutique an then slowly but surely, each blog post I do should show you a little bit more about who I am, and what makes me tick! But please, If you share any of my quirks or strange fancies please let me know it the comments! It's always nice to know there are other people out there with similar interests! But I digress, the meaning of this particular blog post is to give ou a little insight to my day job! So let's get cracking,
Oh hey face!
My name is Antonia, (but you can call me Toni) ;D. I was born is Essex UK. At the age of 18 after education, Like most teenagers, I had no idea what I was going to do with the rest of my life! So I went through a phase of trying out different things. I started playing the Ukulele, making pies, I dyed my hair a few different colours, I tried art college, I made a few YouTube tutorials but nothing seemed to hold my attention for very long. Yet throughout All my various 'phases' I have always been creative and artistic and loved fashion. It wasn't until I had a chat and a few cups of tea with my BFF and reminisced about how, when we were younger, always wanted to start our own business, I am cinstantly looking online at the newest clothes from topshop, zara, asos and the like and came across something called ASOS Marketplace! The perfect place to start!! :D After much celebration, (more tea) Miss Lawes Adores was born. Until this day I am constantly sourcing and designing new and vintage on trend items. Then venturing out into forests, fields and woodlands (or if it's raining then my living room) to photograph the collection. I couldn't possibly think of a better job.
